 We try to accommodate all guests on a first book, first serve basis.

50% due at time of booking, 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

PAYMENT POLICY:

➢DEPOSIT: 5O% due within 5 days to confirm the reservation.

➢ BALANCE: 50% due 60 days prior to date of arrival.

 

Note Christmas /New Year’s Balance due 90 days prior to arrival

*Event Fees due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Tenant may cancel its reservation of the Premises and receive a refund of the 80% initial deposit and any other money paid hereunder at any time up to 60 days prior to

the scheduled arrival. Refunds will be issued minus bank and wire fees.

 

If the Tenant cancels less than 60 days before the arrival date, all funds are non-refundable and credit will not be applied.
